The work of ipsum begins where different needs, life designs and worldviews collide. This is where we create protected spaces in which encounter, relation and education can take place.

In our projects the people involved take their own pictures, tell and exchange their stories. Our work is participatory and relies on a variety of methods. A diversity of perspectives on generative topics is brought to light in a respectful manner.

It is about being seen and seeing others. About listening and being listened to. The aim is to better understand one another.

For 20 years ipsum has followed a vision: we want to bring forward and co-create socio-ecological transformation. In doing so, we aim to contribute to more justice, with regards to global challenges as much as in situations of local conflict.
